Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Policy

You are eligible for a Return within 14-days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please initiate a return from the website. Once you initiate a return, the item will be picked up by the SALT Courier Partner on a scheduled date (This is usually within 2-3 days of the return initiation). The item will then be sent back to the SALT attire office. Once we receive the item, we do a Quality Check to ensure the garments fulfill the Condition of Return and process your return thereafter. The entire process may take anywhere between 7-10 days. You will be updated on your registered email and phone number about every step during this return process.
We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges on Jewellery.
You can initiate a return using the following Steps:

- Select the item you wish to Return and Select one of the following options:

- T&C for items purchased during Promo code
- Return/Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. Kindly email to us at care@saltattire.com from your registered email Id to proceed with the request.
- Size exchanges are available for standard size orders.
- Tailored orders are eligible for alterations only.
- In exceptional cases depending on the situation, wallet credits can be done.
- T&C for items purchased during EOSS Sale / Flat price sale
- Not eligible for any kind of exchanges/alterations/Refunds

If you need to exchange the size for your product, select Size Exchange and enter the new size you want.

You can return the item and take a full refund back to your SALT Wallet. You can use this wallet money to purchase any other product from us at any time

Items purchased using Salt credit are eligible for exchange / wallet refund, only once.
Salt wallet credit issued for a Tailored / Discounted /COD orders will not be refunded back to the source of payment / bank account.

- Incase you want to return the item and want a refund back to your account, you can select the "Refund to Bank Account" option.
- If you have made an online payment, via card or any other mode, then the amount will be refunded back to your respective card or online source of payment.
- If you have paid COD, then you will need to enter your bank details and the money will be transferred to you via NEFT transfer.
- Please note that the COD handling charges INR 80 collected at the time of payment will not be refunded.
- All COD refunds will be done via NEFT transfer on the following Saturday (and no other day of the week), after your product is received back and a Quality Check is done.
- You shall be responsible for providing information relating to the bank details. In this connection, You undertake that all such information shall be accurate in all respects. And in case you entered incorrect information, SALT Attire will not be liable to pay for such losses.
- Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your SALT account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
- Some special rules for promotional offers may override our Exchange/ Returns Policy.

Your Items will be eligible for returns if it fulfills the following conditions:
- With original tags still attached
- Unused and unwashed
- Without any smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
- Free of make-up or tan marks

Once your Quality Check has been done, please allow 8-10 business days to process the refund
